I've been a long time listener to the Carey Nieuwhof Leadership Podcast. Although Pastor Carey has written several books this is the first that I have purchased, as I decided to read through it with my church leadership team.
Our assumptions got us to where we are, but they won’t necessarily get us where we need to go. - @cnieuwhof Click To Tweet
There is a lot to be said about the simplicity with which Pastor Carey addresses each of the 7 topics of conversation in his book. His writing is straightforward and gets right to the heart of each issue.

Each chapter of the book is concluded with a set of discussion questions that can be used to start a dialogue with your leadership team.

There is also a Team Edition with videos in which Pastor Carey introduces each topic. I purchased these videos and used them with my team. The price for the Team Edition may seem steep, but it is far less than bringing a consultant into your church to lead the discussion.
